Responsibilities:

• Correspond to phone calls, emails and online messages

• Prepare and Organize reports

• Manage filing systems, update records and organize documentation

Desired Skills and Experience:

  • • Well-rounded computer skills including knowledge in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, etc.) and cloud based services
  • • Organized and Detail oriented in managing files, tasks, schedules or reports
  • • Shows excellent time management skills
  • • Excellent Verbal and written communication skills in both English and Spanish
  • • Flexible and adaptable
  • • Persistent and gets the work done in a timely manner
  • • Proficient Problem Solving Skills
  • • Independent and capable of working with less supervision
